THE VOICE AT THE CENTRE OF IT 🎤

Tilly Clark is one of the most exciting jazz vocalists in the country. Classically trained from a young age, she fell for jazz at 16; the feel of it, the rhythm, the connection with a room. Subsequently, she went on to take a Master’s in Jazz at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with distinction.

Since then she’s performed at Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul, The Ivy Club in London and the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.

Behind her are five superb musicians on piano, bass, drums, tenor sax and alto sax/flute. 🎹🥁🎺

THE NIGHT 🎶

It starts smooth: Fly Me To The Moon, Summertime, The Girl From Ipanema, All Of Me

Then it lifts: Cheek to Cheek, Moondance, Sway, Fever…a dancefloor ready right in front of the stage.

This isn’t background jazz. It’s a proper night out for couples, groups, birthdays, or anyone who fancies a brilliant Saturday without leaving Alton.
