The second Alton Heritage Day to be held at the Assembly Rooms, will have displays and information from Local Groups and Societies with a rich history in Alton and the surrounding area. Hosted by Jane Hurst, local historian and Dementia-friendly Alton.
Theres so much history and heritage in Alton – you can also visit the Curtis Museum, just next door, for the ‘Hands that made History’ event from 1000 – 1500.
